New Accounts:
Ya Otta Pinata supplies only to wholesalers with a retail license. We do not sell to private parties or individuals. Terms are prepaid or Net 30. Three trade references and a bank reference are required with initial order. New customers should note that if merchandise is needed immediately, a check should be enclosed to expedite shipment. A firm in business less than 6 months must send full amount (including shipping) with first order. All applications for credit are subject to Ya Otta Pinata approval. Ya Otta Pinata does not ship C.O.D.

Freight:
Orders are shipped via FexEx Ground. All goods are shipped F.O.B. San Diego, CA, and become the property of the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. FedEx Ground charges will be prepaid by Ya Otta Piñata. ALL PINATAS SHIPPED BY US TO ANY COMPANY ARE SUBJECT TO FREIGHT CHARGES.

All Prices listed on our order forms are wholesale prices stated in U.S. dollars. Due to market conditions, prices may change without notice at any time. Please check your invoice for current prices.

Catalog Information:
This catalog does not imply an offer to sell and Ya Otta Pinata reserves the right to refuse any order.

Claims and Returns:
All claims for shortage or damage must be received within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be authorized in order to receive credit, and may be subject to a 25% handling charge. Refused shipments will be charged freight to and from location, in addition to a 25% restocking charge.

Back Order: Ya Otta Pinata does not back-order merchandise.
